Terms of Service (BoostrLab)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the rules that apply to your access to and use of BoostrLab’s websites, dashboards, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important: BoostrLab is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

1) Overview of the Service

BoostrLab is an Instagram growth agency focused on manual, ethical growth. We provide personalized engagement support designed to help your account reach and interact with real users based on the preferences you provide during onboarding.

Our approach is intended to avoid shortcuts and artificial tactics. We do not provide “instant” growth, and we do not sell followers, likes, or comments.

2) Eligibility and Account Requirements

By using BoostrLab, you represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have permission from a legal guardian.
  • You own the Instagram account you submit to us, or you have authority to grant us access and permission to perform the requested actions.
  • You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

3) Client Responsibilities (What We Need From You)

To deliver the Service effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete onboarding information.
  • Maintain access to the Instagram account connected to your subscription.
  • Promptly respond when we request clarifications related to targeting, brand safety, or account restrictions.

You are responsible for your account’s content, captions, links, and overall compliance with Instagram’s rules. If your account is restricted, limited, or suspended due to factors outside our control (including platform enforcement actions), BoostrLab is not responsible for those outcomes.

4) Access to Your Instagram Account

To perform agreed-upon actions, BoostrLab may require access credentials or other access methods to your Instagram account.

  • You authorize BoostrLab to perform actions consistent with the Service you purchased and the targeting preferences you provide.
  • You may revoke access at any time; however, doing so may prevent us from delivering the Service.

Security note: While we take reasonable measures to protect sensitive information, you acknowledge that no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5) What You Should Expect (No Guaranteed Results)

Instagram growth depends on many factors, including niche, content quality, posting consistency, account history, audience-market fit, seasonality, and platform algorithm changes.

Accordingly:

  • BoostrLab does not guarantee a specific number of followers, reach, likes, comments, or engagement.
  • The Service is provided using best-effort strategies intended to support authentic growth over time.

6) Prohibited Tactics (What We Don’t Do)

BoostrLab does not use or provide:

  • Bot followers or automated engagement intended to simulate activity
  • Fake accounts or manufactured engagement
  • “Guaranteed follower” packages or engagement-for-sale schemes

If you use third-party growth tools or services at the same time as BoostrLab (especially automation), results may be negatively impacted and may increase the risk of platform restrictions.

7) Performance-Based Assurance (If Offered)

If BoostrLab offers a performance assurance (the “Authentic Growth Assurance”), the details will be listed on your checkout page, order form, or plan page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Example assurance structure (edit as needed):

  • Requests must be submitted within the same billing month (no retroactive claims for past months).
  • Limit one assurance-based refund per customer/account, unless required by law.

If your plan does not include an assurance, then no performance-based refund applies.

8) Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or stated on your plan/order page:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
  • If an assurance-based refund applies to your plan, it is governed by the “Performance-Based Assurance” section above.
  • Accidental duplicate payments may be eligible for review if reported within 48 hours of the charge.
  • Refunds may be denied if the account:
    • violates Instagram’s terms,
    • uses conflicting third-party automation/growth services,
    • becomes inaccessible to BoostrLab (e.g., credentials revoked) such that the Service cannot be performed.

Non-use is not a refund basis: If you do not use the Service or fail to provide needed information, you remain responsible for charges unless you cancel.

9) Subscription, Auto-Renewal, and Billing

BoostrLab services are offered on a subscription basis unless stated otherwise.

  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You authorize BoostrLab (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable add-ons.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime via your account portal/dashboard (or the cancellation method provided at purchase).
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

10) Account Restrictions, Platform Enforcement, and No Platform Control

Instagram/Meta may apply restrictions such as action blocks, reduced reach, shadow-limiting, verification challenges, or suspensions. BoostrLab does not control these decisions and is not responsible for platform enforcement actions.

You agree that BoostrLab is not liable for losses related to platform actions, including but not limited to reduced reach, lost followers, restricted features, or account suspension.

11) Security and Privacy

We take reasonable steps to safeguard client information and limit access to authorized personnel. We may use third-party tools for analytics, reporting, communication, or operations. Any such tools are used for business purposes related to providing the Service.

12) Communication and Support

Primary support channels may include:

  • Your BoostrLab dashboard/portal

Do not send sensitive credentials via email unless explicitly requested through a secure method. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so you can receive important service notices.

13) Refusal of Service and Termination

BoostrLab may refuse service, pause service, or terminate service at our discretion, including when we believe:

  • A client engages in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward staff or contractors
  • Payment fails, is reversed, disputed improperly, or appears fraudulent
  • The Instagram account or content violates applicable laws or platform policies
  • The client requests targeting/actions that are unsafe, unreasonable, or outside the scope of the Service
  • The client provides false, misleading, or incomplete onboarding information

If service is terminated for cause, refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14) Cookies

BoostrLab may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, understand usage, and improve performance. You can adjust cookie preferences via your browser settings; some features may not function properly without cookies.

15) Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other processors made available at checkout). BoostrLab does not store full payment card details. Your use of the payment method is subject to the processor’s terms and policies.

16) No Affiliation with Instagram/Meta and Other Platforms

BoostrLab is an independent service provider. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform. Any references to platform names are for descriptive purposes only.

17) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate Instagram’s terms or applicable laws
  • conduct fraud, deception, or impersonation
  • harass, abuse, defame, or harm others
  • promote illegal products/services or prohibited content

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

18) Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, designs, and related materials (the “Content”) are owned by BoostrLab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any Content without prior written permission, except where explicitly allowed by law.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  2. The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
  3. Your contact details
  4. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized

20) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific growth outcomes will be achieved.

21) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostrLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, BoostrLab’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to BoostrLab in the preceding 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.

22) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Spain/Marbella, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

23) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice via the website, dashboard, or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
